This heart shaped cake is covered in butter cream icing. The flowers are royal icing roses and apple blossoms
The baby gator was sculpted out of rice crispy treats then covered in modeling chocolate. The egg, lilly pad, grass, and cattails are made from gum paste. I marbled the fondant on the cake with white, blue, and teal to look like water.
This pink castle cake, carriage cake, & cupcakes are straight out of the 2010 Wilton Yearbook (page 100). The castle is covered in fondant and the carriage in buttercream stars. The faces were made out of royal icing.
This cake is covered in pale purple fondant. I used a textured rolling pin for the design on the yellow fondant that is wrapped around each cake. The separator between the two cakes is styrofoam covered in fondant.

This is a two tiered cake covered in blue fondant with white stars. I made the top stars and curly q's from gumpaste and attached them to wires before they dried. The red drape is made from fontant/gumpaste mixture. I got the basic idea from Wilton.com
This cake was done following the instructions on Wilton.com. I actually made it for a baptism. It is covered in fondant and the flowers are made of royal icing.
This is my first attempt at a carved alligator cake. It is covered in fondant and then I hand painted it.
The hat and diploma are made of gum paste. I made white teeth that are included as part of the border.
