Adkinson Bday

A surprise birthday cake! WASC with white chocolate truffle bavarian cream filling, covered in MMF and MMF accents. Tried my hand at a LOT of new techiques here. And I am soooo excited to do the next "practice" cake! I love it when they tell you to just do what you want!!

Larger wonder mold covered in fondant. WASC w/ pineapple filling. YUMMY!!

Proverbs 31 Bday

I had so much trouble with this cake! The BC slid so much that when I got it there I had quite a patch job to do. I will forever use Indydebi's BC from now on. It has always worked for me. Hand made everything - purple roses, stephanotis, everything.

Candy Corn Boo

Pumpkin cake with kaluha flavor bavarian cream filling. Fondant covered. VERY easy and the kids loved it!!

Chocolate Love

Decadent chocolate cake with bavarian creme/chocolate ganache filling along with one layer of raspberry filling. Covered by chocolate buttercream and chocolate ganache drizzle. Garnished by ganache dipped strawberries and fondant accents. It was a HUGE hit.

Chrome Cake

Double layer french vanilla with bavarian cream center. Chocolate butter cream with fondant bows. My 2nd foray into fondant - 2 days after my first!!

Chocolate Heart Delight

So... this was my first cake ever... before any classes. A double layer dutch chocolate heart with raspberry filling and chocolate buttercream and chocolate dipped strawberries on top. Looking back I have come a long ways and have a long way to go. Looking forward to the trip!!
