He loves rockets and space and picked out a rocket cake! the cake is 20 inches on a custom built steel "rocket launcher" that adds another 10 inches..... 5 tiers of cake strawberry & cream, chocolate with white choco mini chip, white with canolli, white with pistachio & lemon poppyseed with vanilla cream, covered in SMBC and stain ice accents It was a HUGE hit and was practically gone at a party of about 40! I LOVED making this cake! Even though it had its problems... The crown didn't turn out how I wanted, I just can't seem to make those super cute ones I see... and there was supposed to be a guitar on top, but I don't know how to make something heavy and thin stand up, then it feel off the side and broke... Top is white w raspberry whip cream, middle coconut w coconut bc bottom is chocolate w caramel... All SMBC w fondant accents.
