This is the cake I made for my sons mite hockey team. They won the championship game so we had a celebration. It's a 6" and a 9" four layer cake with BC & MMF. The decorations were a design printed by Icing Images and the I molded 3" chocolate hockey kids and attached them to the sides as well. The topper is the choco kids with gumpaste curlieques.

This was my daughter's smash cake for her first birthday. She loves Super Why!. I had his entire body molded from fondant but the darn body cracked like crazy from the weight of his enormous head. I opted to go this way bymaking it seem like Super Why!was busting out of the cake holding a '1'.

My son loves the Chicago Blackhawks and wanted this to be his theme for his 4th birthday party. I ordered the edible logos online and placed them on this MMF covered 4 layer vanilla cake with chocolate BC. Bottom cake is 8", top is 6". I used silver ribbon at the base of both cakes.
This is an 8" 4 layer and a 6" 4 layer vanilla cake with chocolate bc covered in fondant. I used a textured rolling pin on all the fondant. The stars are gumpaste on floral wire brushed with pearl dust to match the ribbon. This cake was to help celebrate the 8th grade mom's making it to graduation at my son's school.
This is a practice cake for our Mother's Club meeting at my son's school. We are celebrating the moms of the 8th grade grads. The actual cake I bring will have a 6" caked stacked on top and the stars will have each of the 8th grade mom's names written on them. Covered with MMF & stars are gumpaste.
