Vendedora de flores (flower's vendor) is my favorite painting of Diego Rivera, great famous mexican artist, I tried to recreat the painting on cake, this is the result, all decorations made of fondant and gumpaste flowers, I could do better with the feet, oh well, next time? Made for my two years old girl birthday : sophia. Two layers, 10" and 8" round and top is the half ball of wilton,al decorations are fondant, cake is chocolate and vanilla made from scratch, cajeta filling, cream cheese icing , I know is too dark the background but I forgot to take pictures at it before the party...(duh).....

I made 2 cakes for mothes day, this one for my mother in law, other one for my mom, this one all fondant decorations,yellow cake, peaches filling. plain green hat, 3 layers 9" round cake, made from scratch yellow cake pistachio filling(green color), fondant covered and fondant decorations. every year we go to st. patricks day party, is my 3rd year, 1st year I made cupcakes, second year cookies, and now cake... they loved it, nobody wanted to cut it! could put more details in the cake but you can't ask to much from me with my 3 babies under 3 years old! lol, thanks for look...

this was the cake I made for my baby girl's first birthday,all decorated with fondant, fondant figure as cake topper,( made thinking in my cabbage patch like looking baby girl,lol , I made the party favors also with the logo of the cabbage patch, it was time consuming, about 5 hours to make the doll, another 4 for the cabbage with faces for the bottom layer, but I'm so happy the way it came up, of course everybody like it! thanks for looking!
this cake was my first one made with a shaped pan,it is a german chocolate and buttercream icing...it was delicious...a little to much icing for the ruffles on the skirt! I was very happy how it turned on. thanks for looking,have a nice day. =D

my girl loves teletubbies, so I made a cake with la-laa..( yellow teletubbie) it was my first cake!!! my husband is american,I'm Mexican, I was looking for a design that describeour mix, h3e is wearing his work uniform and I use to work in a pizza hut when we where dating, it was our 3rd anniversary,he was shock when he saw the cake,flag and characters made of fondant,yellow cake with strawberry filling.
