For a friend that turned 30. Cake served 50, but she wanted a double layer, cakes not very high/standard height. All fondant with gumpaste bow. Thanx for all the inspiration here on CC.
BC piped stars ... yeah I know, but I still LOVE it! 6-year old Rafaela was happy and apparently nobody could touch the head ... she saved it for school the Monday after.

All fondant. Made for an 11 year old boy who is a fan of a local soccer club (SCP/Sporting Clube de Portugal). Looks more like a lost trainer (tekkie) rather than a soccer shoe ... oh brother ...
Made a purse cake for a 13 year old girl and she wanted to give a sandle to each of her girl friends (the boys ended up with the flip flops ;-). Girls chose their favourite colour ... design was up to me - had FUN! Used mostly sugar crystals as gems (thanx Janine72). Mom provided me with the pink & purple non edible "gems"
Daughter of a friend turned 13. Covered in MMF with gumpaste handle & shoe (used Jem Cutter). Pink gems are non edible (mom provided)

Made for a friend from Switzerland ... 1st time doing the basket weaving thing ... gosh, what great confusion. GP bow and flowers (yes, PEACH sweet peas ;-)

Big daisy - inspiration from Lindsy Smith. Butterfly is gumpaste with RI veins. Roses had to be on a "stick", for the boy to give to his friends - slowly removed the wire and "glued" a stick in its place with RI and prayer. 1st time roses - thanx Verina for your inspiration
Buttercream (again). Chocolate shells - painted and then dusted.
Coloring page enlarged to A2 and cut into manageable "puzzle" pieces. Used buttercream icing, not nearly ready for fondant ...
