Monogram with chevron on sides for my daughters birthday last year.
Cake I made for niece's graduation from university
I made this Gingerbread house and scene using a Wilton kit but added my own candies, decorations and scene layout. Everything is edible even the royal icing snow base.
I did this cake for a huge fan of Texas Hold'em. I have done two more like this since then. I used actual cards and poker chips and piped icing trim around them.
Three tiered, white with buttercream wedding cake. The brides florist added the fresh flowers.
Top view of cake. All my decorations are with buttercream icing
I love how this turned out! I matched the top design to the plates my customer was using and then added the diapers hanging on the line all around the sides. I hope to make this one again!
A birthday cake I made for my grandmother's birthday. She loves flowers, so I tried to do as many as a knew.
A tiered shower cake I did with sugared fruit on the top.
This was my first doll cake. Instead of using a doll pick to stick in the top, I used a real doll and wrapped her in plastic wrap. I used a rose tip to make the ruffles all over the dress. It was actually pretty easy!
I made this grooms cake for my best friend's wedding. It was my first ever grooms cake and chocolate cake. Also, my first experience with fondant! It came out okay I think!
Tiered cake for my daughters birthday. Polly pocket - swimming theme. I used sugar wafer cookies around the top 6" layer and of course the plastic dolls.
Final picture upon delivery with the hand made fondant flip flops on top. I used craft wire to thread the balls of green fondant for the straps.
