Jess' Shower Cake

white almond sour cream cake, raspberry cream filling, with AgentCakeBaker's Buttercream Dream icing. I wish I could have had a huge chunk of this cake! I put some filling and icing on some cake scraps and yum yum yum!!! The mod mom I had to freehand and I was not so happy with it. I was rushed (my own fault). But at least it tasted good!

Strawberry cake / BC icing. Made for my little brother's 14th B-day. Loves the niners. We teased him alot for wanting a "pink" cake. I transfered the outline of the logo from wax paper to the cake and filled in the color. Thanks for looking!

Candy's Birthday Cake

4 layers of chocolate cake w/ BC icing. IT was soooo tall! My first basket weave. Aparently all my drop tips have been eaten my my garbage disposal, so I improvised the flowers. It was really yummy! One of the few cakes I have made lately that I actually got to eat. :)

General Lee Cake

chocolate cake, BC icing. Car is a rice krispie treat carved by my wonderful husband. Iced also in BC. If I were going to do it again I would do the car in Royal icing. THis was such a headache, my biggest challange so far. I was determined to make it special, this little boy is a new big brother and having a hard time adjusting to not being the baby anymore( after 8 years). thanks for looking!!!!

Emma's Cake

My 4 year old and I just finished this. I wanted to make a cake for "us" for a change. I gave her the piping bag and we went crazy. It is a butter cake w/tiny bittersweet ch. chips and whipped bc icing. I wasn't crazy about the BC on it. Hubby loved it.. maybe a different icing next time. Cake was SUPER YUM!!! Emma was proud when I told her I was putting it on the cake website!!!

Another Teacher Cake

butter cake w / vanilla caramel creamer (yumm!!) and whipped cream icing from this site. It wasn't really pretty but it smelled really good - My daughter and I made the drop flowers with leftover royal icing (that was really too thin) but she was thrilled to help.

No Fail sugar cookies with Antionia's Royal icing. My first sugar cookies in a LONG time... I couldn't stand the huge mess. These were really mess free and really yummy!!!
