This cake was so fun to make! It is the boathouse that my kids and I row out of. Gum paste sides, shrubberies, picnic table, bricks, food trailer, boat launch and dock. RI grass and mud. Red fondant roof.

Greek Orthodox Baptism

This cake was for two little sisters who were baptized. Figures and flowers are gum paste. Covered in Mmf.

Gamers Delight!

This is an XBox cake made with vanilla cake and vanilla buttercream. Covered and decorated in MMF. This is probably my favorite cake so far, besides the guitar! The grenades are from the game Halo and are made from MMF also.

Oar Cookies

My kids row, I row, so rowing is something that is part of every day life! These are several different team oars (blades) that I made with the edible rice paper and edible ink. Outlined them with cookie icing, then sprinkled on some sugar crystals. Our rowing organization made almost $400 selling these to the different teams!

Yin And Yang

This was a stressful cake! It doesn't look it at all, but it was done super fast! I got a call from the client Friday afternoon telling me she was looking forward to seeing the cake the next morning. I had it in my calendar as the following week. Oops! But I absolutely love the simplistic nature of it and how the red pops!

Canon Camera

This was for a friend's birthday. Marble cake with mmf over. Definitely time for an airbrush! Tinting mmf black is for the birds! :)

Saxaphone

This was a tenor sax. Had to do another small cake to go along with it, not enough cake! It was actually a life size replica on a huge board. It turned out fabulous!

Lingerie Cookies

These were for a bridal shower. I thought they turned out fabulously!

Fish Cake

Fish had a fondant 'bone' all the way through the body so that every time you cut a piece, there would be some 'bone' in it. It was for my son who turned 14 and wanted it to be bloody! The red 'blood' on the bottom was red mmf. I loaded the filling with lots of polaner all-fruit raspberry flavor. Every time we cut it, it gushed on the sides! Very fun cake to make! Afterwards, my husband let me know that the scales were backwords! LOL!

Whimsical Cake

This was for the end of the year band banquet. It was a good thing it was eaten quickly, because I accidentally made the chocolate cake in the middle. It was the heaviest and should have gone on the bottom. I learned a lot doing three topsy turvys in one week!
