A cake for a client. I had 3 days notice. It was originally supposed to be all buttercream with fondant accents but it was so hot my BC kept melting. The fondant was bowing out from the cake a little because it didn't stick to the evil BC.
A baby shower cake I did for a client today. I think it came out well. Had some issues with the arm, but hey, practice makes perfect.

Cake for an impromptu mexican party. 2 8" rounds, yellow cake, BC icing, MMF peppers and covering.
This was my first attempt at a sculpted cake. I think it came out pretty well except for the fact that the octopus looks like he has jaundice. Chocolate cake w/ buttercream filling covered with BC fondant.
