Retirement cake, depends, all is edible. Depends box is cake, depends are rice crispy treats covered in fondant. All misc. stuff like teeth are gum paste and fondant shaped. Used edible printer to print front of depends box and front of handicap tag. Pills are good and plenty.

The Little Greek's Birthday Cake

I did this cake for parents who wanted a birthday cake for their son's 1st birthday. If you couldn't figure, they are greek!. When I suggested a cake that was more 1st birthday friendly, the parents said absolutely not. We want something to WOW. So, after much discussion, this is what they wanted. The pillars around the cakes are all molded chocolate. The characters are all hand sculptured. The people are clay to allow for a keepsake. Pegasus is hand sculptured out of gumpaste and chocolate. The flavors are vanilla with berry chutney filling, dark chocolate with bavarian cream and ganache, marble with ganache and a smear of raspberry. Cakes are all covered in Fondant and airbrushed with gold shimmer. The clouds are cotton candy.

Elmo Cake

Elmo themed cake. Elmo is made of RC treats covered in RI. You can't believe how heavy RC and RI gets, or maybe you can. Anyway, it came out pretty good.

Avatar Cake

This cake was a Avitar themed cake. I was trying to make a Avitar like creature. My sculpture did not come out as I had invisioned, but I think you can kind of see what i was trying to do. It almost looks like it could go into the Halloween cakes with those yellow eyes.

Topsy Turvey Cake Camp

This is the cake I made for cake camp this July. The cake camp was taught by Jennifer Dontz and the queen of Topsy Turvy Sharon Zambito. It was like meeting a rock star for me! We learned how to do Topsy Turvy cakes, exactly like in the video and we learned sugar roses and leaves from Jenifer. Well worth the cost of the class!

Monkey Around At Baby Shower

Ask to make a cake with a monkey with a diaper on it. Cake has a layer of vanilla, chocolate and banana cake. Covered in BC, air brushed grean, covered in BC leaves and vines. Monkey is 50/50 fondant/GP. Blocks are RCT covered in Fondant. Cupcakes are chocolate with chocolate monkey lollypops.

Modern Warfare

Kid wanted a modern warfare themed cake. This is what I came up with. Mostly edible image on full sheet cake (Father ordered a full sheet) Air brushed in camouflage. The gun images with gun site where elevated off the cake as though they where floating in the air. Hand controls are RCT.

Family Reunion Picnic

Family reunion picnic and grill cake. Put everything on a sheet cake, so there where plenty of servings. The table is RC, the bench is chocolate, table cloth is fondant with hand panted checker pattern, food on table all 50/50 fondant and GP. Grill is chocolate filled with black licorise as charcole. Grill rack is tooth picks covered in foil, legs are plastic dowels covered in plastic., wheels on girll are 50/50 fondant/GP.

Star Wars Cake

Star Wars Cake with Death Star and Characters. Death Star is RC treats. I hand sculptured the ships out of clay because Mom want child to have a keepsake. The characters are made of edible images aplied to black fondant. The entire cake is air brushed black and burshed with edible dust. and edible silver stars.

Baby Converses

Baby shower cake, with GP converse baby shoes and fondant accents. Cake was vanilla cake with fresh strawberry and wihite chocolate ganache filling and chocolate cake with fresh raspberries and dark chocolate ganache filling.

Rat Race Vs Less Cheese

Retirement cake for someone who's hobbies I wasn't sure of. So what better way to mark your exit from the rat race than with a cake that features a rat. All edible, rat is GP, cheese is cake covered in fondant.

Graduation Announcement Cake

Graduation cake that makes the graduate fill like their name is in the news. Pic and New paper announcement all edible image. Had a lot of trouble with my edible image printer as usual.

Strawberry Shortcake Birthday

10 and 6 inch cakes. Yellow cake and red velvet. All covered in MF. All decorations also MF. Strawberry Shortcake and name plague edible image (didn't completely come out, so I had to use edible markers to fix). Strawberries are also MF/GP. Copied the idea from fellow CC ers. Thanks for looking!

Bridal Shower

8 and 3 inch cakes. Yellow and red velvet. Bottom cake covered in MF leaves, kind of looks like feathers. Top tear quilted pattern. GP roses. Copied the idea from a Wilton's book. Cake fail over then feel apart before I could get it to it's intended destination. Not a good idea to build and try and transport a cake on a pedestal . So disappointing.

Pretty In Pink And Butterflies

Pink Quinceanera Cake with butterflies. This cake worked my nerves! I don't usually make large stacked cakes, more work than I figured! More power to you ladies that do this all the time! Sourcream pound cake and chocolate pound cake with BC & covered in gaunch and fondant!

Super Bowel 2010 Old Time Tv Cake

This is a Old time TV cake for the Super Bowerl. The top half of the cake is cake, the bottom half is styrofoam. All ices with BC frosting and covered with home made fondant. My 1st try, maybe next time it will all look much more clean.

My 1St Turkey Cake

My 1st Turkey Cake, what fun. Got a crack, because the platter I put it on was not stable. Suggestion to everyone, make sure your platter is stable or frosting will crack!

Was suppose to be a cake of a Greek Temple (Parthenon inspired) Didn't really come out as invisioned. The person the cake was for is Greek. I think they got what I was going for, although I wasn't 100% happy with the end product.
