Keystone Light Beer Box...
This cake is life size to fit the size of the Keystone Light 18 pack box. It was about 15x7.5x5. Covered it in blue fondant and used silver airbrush colors for the details. Letters and Mountains were cut out of edible paper, and the mountains were painted with color dust mixed with white airbrush paint.

Ices 2010 - Flowers And Stripes
This is the second cake I did to take the to the ICES Convention this year. Yellow is Crystal Colors Mimosa yellow. The orange is Americolors orange with the stripes done in Crystal Colors Tahitian Sun. The flowers were made with a small FMM 5 petal (rose) cutter and dried in the small Wilton cupped flower formers. The centers are Wiltons Shimmer dust. The flowers on the yellow tier were made by painting gum glue on a foam stamp, stamping the cake with it then sprinkling it with Wiltons Shimmer Dusts.

Ices 2010 Green W/ Flowers
Green fondant was colored with Crystal Colors Lime green. I love this color! Flowers were made using a tulip petal and viener then dried in the Wilton cupped flower formers. They were dusted with Crystal Colors lime and orchid. I sprayed the whole cake with Americolor Pearl Sheen. Sizes are 6/8/10. This is one of my dummy cakes for the ICES Convention this year.

Pink & Black - Ices 2009
Pink and black fondant decorated in pink and black royal icing. I got the idea for the cake size/combination from a picture on here, while I was looking for something different. Since I can not free hand I piped the design in royal on a piece of glass and pressed that into the soft fondant. This left the imprint behind for me to pipe over. Cake sizes are 6in hexagon, 8in round, 6in round (3in tall), 10in hexagon, 12 in round and 14in round (2in tall).

Red & White - Ices 2009
This is a play on the Black and White cake I did in 2007. It is 6in, 8in, 10in, 12 in, and 14 in hexagons. The red and white are done in panels (reads - very time consuming!). I did the flowers out of gum paste using a flower my brother drew for me and just increasing/decreasing the size on the copier to get the different petal layers.

Monkeys!
This is a cake that I did for my nephew's birthday. It is the smallest and next size up of the oval pan sets. The palm trees started with a dowel, were wrapped in fondant and the leaves were made with gum paste and dried in the largest Wilton flower former. I ended up gluing the leaves together with candy melts. The Monkeys are fondant with gum tex mixed in.

Tiara For A Little Princess.
This was from my friend's daughter's second birthday. It wasn't what I had planned, but I was short on time and this is what I ended up with. The tiara is chocolate painted with pearl dust. I did a 6in and 8 in squares, and tapered the sides. After icing it I saw I should have exaggerated the slant more, but it was too late to go back and change it. My friend loved it, so in the end that is all that matters.
