Fondant/gumpaste Gerbera Daisy Cake

I was so worried about how these flowers would attach to the cake. But it all turned out ok. EXCEPT....I only charged the bride $50 for the flowers and they took 8 hours to make(24 regular and 2 jumbo). Will have to figure out how better to price them in the future.

This was for a couple who didn't have a real wedding cake. I should have really looked at my placement of my violets before snapping the picture some of them are uneven.

This was one of my funnest cakes yet. It is tie-dye air brushed buttercream with real gerbera daisies.

Sage And White With Pink Lillies

This is the cake for my best friends wedding. The lillies are silk. Icing is buttercream.

This is a cake for my best friends vow renewal. I was so disappointed when we took the stand out of the box it was bent and we couldn't get it straightened. It was brand new too. Lesson learned to check the stand well ahead of time.

Red And White Hearts

This was for a Feb. wedding. I used an impression mat on the sides. I also used a glass heart dish filled with rose petals between the layers for something different.

Green, Sage And Ivory

Originally this was to be all 3 tiers square, offset but the groom wanted the middle one round. He also suggested the icing colors. We were originally going with all ivory tiers with the alternating ribbons.

Shoebox With Fondant Shoe

box is buttercream. the tissue is fondant as is the shoe. the top is just cardboard wrapped in white paper and ribbon as the fondant top cracked and I didn't have time to make another one.
