I've heard a couple ppl mention cake projectors (to project images on a cake or cup cakes). I've been searching google and have not had any luck locating an image of said object and am very intrigued with the possibilities this type of device would open up for me. Could someone point me in the right direction to where to find one???? Thanks!

same here. my hubby just bought me the cannon IP3000 so I can make edible images. I don't think he will turn around and buy me a projector.. especially in that price range icon_biggrin.gif

I've talked to him about a printer for edible images, and he thinks it's a cool idea (especially if I could do cakes for his job with it) but we agreed, the volume of use it would get does not make it cost effective since I'd have to take the edible ink out if I wasn't using it routinely (at least, that's my understanding on how it works). The projector would get more use I think. I just emailed him the link and am waiting for a reply icon_smile.gif

well, I hope he agrees to get the projector icon_smile.gif . I just got tired of BCT, especially for my hubby's work with all those army crests LOL

I bought my projector from Ebay brand new from a seller who is selling the 300XK for $40.00 cheaper than everywhere else including Kopykake.com. It is an artist supply seller.I had mine in 1 week direct from the Kopykake factory in Torrence ,CA.I paid $158.00 plus $25.00 shipping! Great deal!!

Hmm. I wonder if they sell to walk in customers. That's not very far from here.......
