has anyone out there made this recipe, and can you sub something like sparkling grape juice for the champagne, i just don't like the idea of opening a bottle of champagne and most of it going to waste,(i don't see myself sipping champagne as i'm chasing my 4 little ones, Ha ha) anyway, the grape juice is less expensive and then i could let my kids have it, but does it have the same effect?. thanks for any input

Our Liquor stores carry small bottles, don't know what that size is called but they look to be maybe 12 oz?
