Hi everyone
I have 2 weddings coming up and they both are stack cakes. i have done stack before. but i just don't like transporting them to the site and stacking them there. i saw that bakery craft have what they call delivery system where you can stack your cakes and travel with them just they way they are. one cake is 3 tiers and the other is 4 tiers. have anyone out there use this system yet and if you did did you have any problems with it. i have watch shows where they travel with the cake stack "ACE CAKES". if anyone out there can help me please, please do so i would like to save time and still enjoy what i do. i have travel with 2 stack cakes but not more than two. this site has help me out so much and I'm sure that someone out there have the answer I'm looking for. so thanks, thanks and thank you in advice for you advice.

Hiya Debbie,
I have used the bakerycraft kits and delivery systems almost exclusively and I really like them.
If you are using stacked cakes I would get the "new Beginnings" delivery system. You can adjust the legs to fit your cakes and it is sooo easy to assemble them. You don't stack the whole cake though, it comes with 2 boxes or three depending on the size of the cakes you are doing.
The legs and plates are all assembled by the decorator and all you have to do when you get there is just place the top tier on the cake and poof you are done.
It's so easy that someone at the wedding can put it together (not that I would recommend that with a masterpiece though) but it is pretty simple and the directions come with the kit.
