Could someone tell me how much hi ratio shortening to use instead of crisco shortening? Is it used the same way as crisco? I would like to try to use this in a wedding cake but unsure of how to use it. Thanks for any help.

most people use the same about. I use the same about and the only differance, creamy, smoother and No greasy feeling. Also, some people reduce it by 1/2 cup.
So if your recipe call for 3 cups you can use 3 cups or 2 1/2 cups.
