I am still working on a shoe box cake for my cousins birthday. Can someone let me know what size pan should I use? A loaf pan or do I cut and stack from a larger pan. How do you make the tissue paper fondant? Thanks for the help

You could use a loaf pan or cut a sheet and stack. Depends on how much cake you need. As far as the tissue paper, you can use a rice paper for that or if you are making it out of fondant, just roll the fondant as thin as possible (i use a pasta machine) and just cut it to the shape you want.
