I have googled and pinterested a request for a Mexican Vanilla Cake.  They want this for their wedding cake.  I can't find anything at all.  What is a Mexican Vanilla Cake and does anyone have a great recipe for it?  Thanks yall.

AI find too many different interpretation possibilities. Don't bear that burden of trying to decipher. Especially for a wedding cake.......... Ask for more detail of the flavor profile they have an idea of. Actual (expensive) Mexican vanilla, or I've seen where some people equate Mexican vanilla to be the taste of imitation clear vanilla. Cinnamon? Once again the (expensive) Mexican cinnamon or generic.? How much of a role does it play? More of a horacha vibe? Maybe the local donut shop sells a Mexican vanilla latte that they have that flavor profile in mind that is nowhere near what you or I would imagine. Maybe they're describing their color scheme? And as a curveball, they are not thinking of tres leches per chance?
