Just wondering if anyone knows how to do the design on this cake......it's gonna be fondant though.

I was wondering if I did the blue overlay and then took like a white food gel and swirled it to create the white. I don't know...eeekk.

AAirbrush I guess too. But if you don't have one (like me), I would do that: Cover in white fondant and then paint the lower 1/3 in blue food coloring, take a damp sponge and sort of tap/ wipe the color towards to middle to have this fading/ blending effect.
