I was reading on this forum about wholesales because I'm interested into it (I'm licensed and insured, no worries).

So I did my math and each cookie cost me .95 cent with bag and sticker.

Is it too high? So my wholesale price should be $1.90 which it seems too much actually..

I get 2 sugar cookies at WholeFood last week, besides the fact they were dry and didn't taste good, they were cheaper than mine. They had a small container (24oz probably) with 12 sugar cookies sold for about $8.00!!!

Can anybody give me some help? how much a cookie costs to you?

i know those cookies at wf -- they are usually pretty cute but you can look through the stack of cookies and you can see where they started out nice and then they got rushed getting them decorated/piped -- in other words large quantities of these are made & boxed up -- but at wf buying cookies in bulk is different than the little boxes i've seen that come from a supplier -- and their bulk cookies do suck --

then at my dog food store they have the cutest case full of decorated 'cookies' for your pet -- seriously too cute --

but all that to say the thing with wholesale usually is volume -- large quantities like the boxed ones at wf or like the example of the charming dog biscuits a perfect niche --

so if you had a coffee shop that you supplied a variety of baked goods for or a chain of gas stations to put your product in where there's a lot of traffic or i mean how many places can hustle out the decorated cookies -- where is your wholesale market for that --
