AHas anyone noticed a change in Pettinice fondant lately? Just bought some new for a cake this past weekend and it was incredibly soft. It was a humid day but the texture seemed really off and I've been using it for years. I tried covering a dummy cake twice and it would look fine and then rip on the edges and the sides would slide down! I also noticed new packaging and wondered if they changed the recipe. It was a bit of a fondant nightmare! Would love to know if anyone else feels the same. Thanks!
