Can you freeze cookies decorated with poured fondant? Will either the freezing or the defrosting mess up the icing?
I'm wondering if the fondant will crack, if the colors will bleed when defrosting, or if the fondant will soften and stay goopy when the cookies are defrosted.
I just purchased a FoodSaver and am thinking of (gently) vacuum sealing them this way and then freezing them.
I appreciate any recommendations on this! Thanks!
