Hey, everyone! I was a decorator in Missouri, but retired several years ago. I have a niece getting married on June 14, 2014, in Lafayette, LA. Unfortunately I am not able to attend the wedding. She just found out the woman who offered to make her cake...well...makes awful cakes lol. Now she is desperate to find someone to make her a simple, 3 stacked tiers, white buttercream/white cake with ribbon around the base of each tier. If there are any decorators in the area who are able to do a cake for them, please let me know!! Thanks in advance.
I live in the country between Opelousas and Baton Rouge. I don't know anyone personally as I just started making scratch cakes. What I did, with a little search on Facebook is find these: Piece of Cake in Lafayette, Cake Goddess in Baton Rouge, and Cypi's Cake Box in Lake Charles.
