I am trying to figure out the pricing matrix. As far as I can tell, it is selecting both white and regular buttercream. All I did was to put 1 by the 9 x 13 cake and it's showing way too much icing for that cake. I think it is making 2 batches of regular and one batch of white. Is this right? I am probably doing something wrong. Is there a place where can I enter my info for just regular buttercream frosting, not any white. The only way I can get it to show only 2 batches of regular buttercream is to cleared the number on the 1 by the white frosting. My hubby says I don't want to take the formula out or it will mess up the spreadsheet.

This note is at the top of the shopping list sheet.
SHOPPING LIST: This page automatically generates your grocery list. Buy ingredients for your choice of frosting.
Just use the recipe that you want. With excel you to automate it to only put the information in one place would take a long time to program. So the person that created this spreadsheet just entered the recipes they use all the time.

I am adapting this spreadsheet and combining it with the spreadsheet I had started for my self.

Your Hubsand is correct about not taking the formulas out. If you do not know how to use excel, to adapt it to your personal use. I can help you. I am very fluent in excel and wouldn't mind helping if you need it.
