Does anyone have any idea how I would make this flower?

A customer wants it on their cake, but i'm not sure how to do the petals since they are so thin and delicate looking. Thanks

I would try making stamens out of cotton thread. You would eliminate the pollen on the tips and dust with the appropriate color. Two smaller ones wired together could give you the result you are after. This tutorial explains it much better than I could.
