AI searched on the forum for my answer but couldnt find it so now i must ask!
I have my first wedding tasting today and i was prepping and making frostings last night and when i went to make the cream cheese frosting i accidently used granulated sugar and not powdered in my frosting! As u know its got that crunch to it now...
What can i do to fix this or should i just make a new batch?

I agree. There's not really much you can do at this point, unfortunately. I would just start over as opposed to trying to save it. Sorry - good luck!
