I just want to send out a big thank you to everyone here. I am fairly new to cake decorating and have just started taking lessons. I will admit that the knowledge and expertise here far exceeds what I am learning in class....lol  Cake Central has become my go to place for all things related to cake decorating. I have learned so much here. Thanks to everyone for freely sharing their recipes, experiences and answering the thousands of questions from newbies like myself. And most of all.....a huge thank you for turning me onto SMBC. I didn't know this wonderful thing existed prior to joining Cake Central!
