AI need to replicate a "sundae" with cake & frosting... I would normally think vanilla cake (as the ice cream) but need to make a non dairy whip for the frosting... I don't want white on white per say... Any thoughts on what combo best looks/taste like a sundae? Trying to be fairly simple I need to make like 30 minimum.

You can make 'buttercream' with nuttalex and I find it to be very very similar to buttercream. You could use a mix of icing sugar, cocoa and a little water or non dairy milk (probably not soy as it has a strong taste, maybe coconut milk) to make a pourable chocolate drizzling icing for the top. You could also use jam in place of the cocoa and a little strawberry essence to make a strawberry drizzle instead - The possibilities are endless :-) Maybe chocolate cake, vanilla buttercream icing, chocolate drizzle with a glace cherry on top?
