I am looking for guidance on how to make the straight fondant rolls in this picture. I know I can roll it manually, however it doesn't come out even and that is what I am looking for. Any tips you can give me? Thank you.

An extruder will make the lines straight and even.

AAlso you can use a cake scraper to roll it out, use the flat side and roll along the fondant.
