Other than my rolling pin and off set spatula, for some reason I love my little stitching wheel and oh I can't forget about my ribbon cutter!
AMedium offset spatula. And offset serrated knife. Oh and my turn table. Wait, that's all my tools :p
AMy itty bitty angled spatula! I have really tiny hands (I wear an x-small in gloves) and I do alot of tiny cakes. Using a big 13/15 in spatula just ain't the way for me lol.
What brand of bench scrapers do you guys use? I just use a offset spatula, I want to try using a bench scraper.

AI have a fat Daddios. But I've got lots of kinds all different sizes. There's tons of restaurant equipment stores in Houston which makes for very competitive prices. Which is why I'm busting out of my storage area lol
