I don't know if anyone has tried this yet but I made some MM Fondant tonight with the colored fruit flavored mini marshmallows. I separated out the four colors and made the fondant according to the directions found on this site. Haven't rolled it yet but I love the taste and it was nice to get color and not have to use coloring I was thinking this fruity flavor would go well with a lemon flavored cake.
