how can i attach chocolate covered strawberries on a 4tiered cake covered with fondant help please!?

AIf the strawberries sit on top of the tiers, you can just attach them using some tempered chocolate I guess. If they are supposed to sit on the sides, I'm not sure if chocolate can hold the weight..
