Can I bake a cake, cool then wrap with seran wrap and foil and put into freezer .
Then in 2 days time can I take it out of the freezer cut fill and crumb coat while frozen?.. Leave in fridge for a day then take out put on counter and decorate immediately, then leave it on the fridge 1 day ?

Is there any issues with condensation etc?

Hope this makes sense.

You can definitely freeze it. There are different schools of thought as to whether to do it warm or not. I usually let it cool first. Just make sure to bring the cake back to room temp before frosting it and condensation shouldn't be a problem.
