Should I Refrigerate A Cake With A Glaze Made With Heavy Cream?

I made a chocolate cake with a chocolate glaze. I was just wondering if it would be ok to leave the cake out on the counter or would I have to put it in the fridge. The glaze is made out of heavy cream and chocolate chips.
