Here's an inexpensive idea for a rack to dry your gumpaste flowers. It is a locker shelf selling at dollarama for $3, very sturdy and good height. I placed it in a shirt box to make it easier to move off the dining table when I need to use it. The box also holds wires, pads etc.

I just use a cooling rack

Here's what I used for a large project, a folding clothes drying rack.  The flowers were hibiscus that were about 5" across.  I ended up filling all of the racks and lines and still needed more space.
