AHey all! I've worked with dark chocolate fondant before and got it pretty clean but sometimes it can be finicky and leave glossy streaks from trying to clean it up... What's the trick here? Should I steam it? Thanks!

The best solution is to use a hand steamer. Don't get too close...about 8-10 inches away from the cake. That should do the trick
