A couple weeks ago I asked about putting a logo on top of a cupcake. I decided to cut out a fondant circle and freehand the logo with royal icing. They were a hit! They were for the 150th anniversary for the Burlington Northern Trains in my state. I guess it was a really nice event.

That's awesome! They all look identical! Very nice! I've been playing around with royal icing transfers but that looks pretty tiny. I would probably be better at freehanding with edible markers.

I did free hand. I had copied the logo on transparencies (I'm a teacher), but they were way to small and would never have been able to transfer. I spent time practicing and made some extra fondant discs in case I messed up. I have a pretty steady hand so it worked well!
