hi all newbie here
just a quick question, the domed cupcakes that you see everywhere ,does the fondant go soggy on top of the butter icing /frosting as it does with the a fondant & tylos decoration do you use any special frosting underneath ?

Add tylose to the fondant toppers and make then a few days ahead to allow time for them to dry completely. I've topped them over IMBC and ABC and have done fine. The tylose really helps.
