And what is the size of cupcake pan for a regular cupcake?

Should I use the 2oz muffin pans? or the 3oz? for the regular cupcakes?

The easiest way to do this is to go to the grocery store and buy Reynold's foil liners. These are standard and sturdy. Now you can take one with you when you go pan shopping. The bottom needs to fit snugly and the sides should lay with no buckles.

For the minis, there are more choices. I offer minis and micros. You still need to find the pan and liners that are compatible.

Think about packaging, how you will sell them, and what your potential customers will prefer.
