So i offer a few gumpaste flowers and recently all what people are asking for are roses and calla lillies and they're getting really boring (or at least for me they are) so i was wondering what other gumpaste flowers are popular among your clients so I could offer something new for mine. Any ideas?

Lilies are easy , tulips too. Orchids are nice and come in many shapes and colours. I often use cherry blossoms and freesias as filler flowers.

However , it doesn't seem to matter what kind of flowers you can do , roses seem to be the perennial favourites and Callas seem to be flavour of the month.

Ranunculus are pretty popular and are fun, though time consuming, to make. Ditto peonies. Hydrangeas are nice on their own or as filler. Asiatic lilies are a nice flower, too. I recently made a cake with dahlias that was very well-liked. I also really like making fantasy flowers and just make them up as I go along.
