I am making a cake - a 10" round cake and a 6" round on top. Most of the decorating will be done with butter-cream but there will be some fondant used for decorations. (It is a nautical themed cake, so I will be making a life savor to put on top of the cake as the topper) I was thinking of charging $50 for the cake, but I have been told I do not charge enough. I would appreciate any ideas/suggestions!! Thank you!

ou have $51 servings. I charge $3.50 per serving for a bc cake with fondant accents, plus an equipment charge, plus delivery if a customer wants it. $188.50 + delivery

That's MY price, not necessarily yours. And please remember, you may have to be licensed in your state before you can charge anything at all.
