I am thinking of making a castle cake for my daughter using the wilton castle kit. However, I don't need that much cake so was thinking of doing a 10" round cake on the bottom (two layer) and a styrofoam round for the top layer. I'm not a professional; I've never used styrofoam for a layer before. How should I do it?
