This is probably a silly question but....I want to try and make the gelatin bubble from the tutorials. The directions say 2 parts water to 1 part gelatin. However the envelopes of Knox do not state a weight? Does anyone know the proportions of water per envelope of gelatin powder?

Thanks for the help!

I just measure 4 Tbs. water to 2 Tbs. gelatin or increase as necessary, keeping the same ratio. And no, no question is silly. It is too easy to over-think a question and then doubt really sets in. That is a trait I have to deal with.

You are welcome, and good luck. You might have to make a few to get the hang of it, but don't get discouraged. They can really be fun to do and people are always amazed.
