Hi,
Planning a beach themed cake for this weekend. Any idea how do u make sea/ocean on fondant covered cake. I saw couple of cakes with blue colored geletin type glittery stuff for ocean.. How to make that? ... OR is it made up of blue colored corn syrup??
Please help.
Thx

I haven't personally done it but I've seen it done using piping gel that has been colored but I'm not sure about the glitter. I'm sure someone will be a bit more help than I.

Thanx gals... It was a great help..
Will unflavored gelatin if u make it really concentated, will work? or it will melt on cake if kept out of fridge for few hrs? Just a thought since many times I run out of Piping gel
