I want to buy brown cupcake liners that are grease proof. I have seen some on amazon and ebay but there are mixed reviews about the grease seeping out of the paper...which ones are really grease proofed?!! I don't want to buy 500 of them and then find out they are not grease proof. Anybody uses them? , could you let me know which one do you prefer and where do I get them. thanks

I've used ones from The bakers kitchen, they seem to hold up well. All of the colors have so far, except the yellow left yellow in my cupcake pan that has stained it.

They are fine! My cupcakes were baked using the usual temperature and time and turned out great. I found the cupcakes looked more classy than when they were in paper liners.

anyone else uses these liners? could you give me few more specific places and brands that you use?

I bought some on Ebay a few months ago and they were fine. No grease. I can't remember the brand but they said greaseproof in the title. I bought 100 and would definitely go straight to Ebay again if I need that color in the future. I'm currently watching some black ones that I need next month.....

I tried a ton and I now use Bakers Kitchen (.net) exclusively. They are the best quality that I have found.

You are right about the varying quality of greaseproof liners. Some are terrible.
