How Long Can A Fondant Covered Cake Be Saved At Room Temp?

Hey there.....

I covered my cake in ganache and covered it in fondant yesterday
decorated it today

i had baked it 3 days ago - froze it - then next day ganached it then the following day covered it with fondant
so technically after defrosting -today is the third day

and it will be picked up day after tomorrow.....
will it survive????

i had to make it ready for today so my timing was gud - then it got pushed to tomorrow n now day after.....so im really confused....i cant put it in the fridge right?

pls help

I put fondant cakes in the fridge all the time. It might condensate a little after removing it, but it will dry up in about an hour. If you have dark colors or hand painting that you worry about running (or ruining) put a plastic garbage bag over your cake and tape it to the bottom cake board. This will keep it from sweating all together.
