My significant other is a pastry chef apprentice, and I wanted to get her some cake decorating tools.
I've looked around and thought an air brush kit would be fun.

I'd like to spend around $200 on this gift, give or take. I'm not set on the air brush and I'm open to ideas.
My one requirement is that it is high quality, I would rather buy one nice thing then a bunch of second rate stuff.

What would you want under your tree?

Thanks

Jonathan

Most people on here would say that their agbay is their favorite/most used tool. An airbrush is a great idea too. I feel like those are the most common "wish I had" items. I have both and definately get more use out of my agbay. The mat is another good item to have. Good luck, I'm sure she'll love whatever you decide!

I love my Agbay! I have the double bladed one. Now that I have an airbrush, I do use it quite often, but not as often as I use my Agbay. You could also get her a really good set of quality pans. I use Magic Line, but Williams-Sonoma's Goldtouch line is considered by some as top notch. It is always nice to have at least 2 of each pan size available.

Hope this helps!

An airbrush wold definately be a fun tool to have! The other thing that seems cool is a printer that can print edible images.

Thank you so much.
I'm still on the fence on the airbrush vs. agbay though.
If I was to get an airbush which one?

Thanks again.
