I am going to make some white choc ganache to put as a filling for a 8" round cake. How much white chocolate and how much cream do I need. Is the ratio 1:1?

I think the ration is 3 choco to 1 cream. hope somebody here knows for sure

Bakencake is right, the ratio is 3:1. White chocolate is pretty soft.
