hi sorry to post again about cake mixes only i have looked on the net and theres so many sponge mixes - pound cake - yellow cake - white cake - vict sponge im so confused right now all i want is a reciepe that will will be for a birthday cake as i no maderia is best for wedding cake and stacking ect but i want a cake that i can offer instead of maderia that also rises as well to use in 8" 10" 6" so on and so on tins please please can someone take the time to help me out i am new to bakeing and would be very greatfull to any help and tips you are able to give me i also no that a lot of wedding cake companys offer v/sponge but from what i can make out its no good for stacking !
